Hi, I’m Lauren — and I’ve been where you are.

As a mom, nurse, and woman who’s lived in burnout mode, I know what it’s like to carry the mental load while trying to stay calm for everyone else. I created Calm in the Chaos as a sanctuary for overwhelmed women who are ready to breathe deeper, feel grounded, and find peace again—without adding more to their to-do list.
